Training of Trainers (TOT) — Facilitation & Adult Learning

A 5-day in-person TOT at The GrEEK Campus, Downtown Cairo
A practical Training of Trainers program for facilitators, L&D specialists, and subject-matter experts who need to design and run adult-learning sessions that people actually remember.
You will spend five full days at The GrEEK Campus in Downtown Cairo. Mornings cover adult-learning theory, session design, and assessment. Afternoons are live practice: you design a mini-session, facilitate it with peers, and get structured feedback.
The program is bilingual-friendly (English delivery, Arabic examples welcome). Completers receive a certificate of completion after the teach-back assessment and a short facilitation portfolio.
Private group and corporate runs can be requested for in-house teams.
What you will learn
- Design a half-day learning session with clear objectives, activities, and assessment
- Facilitate group discussions and skill practice using adult-learning methods
- Give and receive structured feedback using an observation rubric
- Adapt activities for mixed-level groups and bilingual rooms
- Build a simple facilitation plan, slide outline, and participant workbook
- Run a 20-minute teach-back and debrief it with peers

FAQ
Where is the program held?
In person at The GrEEK Campus, 171 El Tahrir Street, Bab El Louq, Downtown Cairo. Use the Google Maps link on the program page. The Falaki Street gate is also open.
Is any part of this TOT online?
No. This run is fully offline. All five days are on campus from 09:00 to 16:00 (Africa/Cairo).
What language is used?
Facilitation is in English. You may run your teach-back in English or Arabic. Examples and peer feedback can be bilingual.
What is included in the fee?
Five training days, printed workbook, coffee and lunch on campus, observation rubric, and a certificate of completion after a passing teach-back.
Can we run this for our company?
Yes. Use “Request a private TOT for your team”. Private groups start at 8 participants and can stay at The GrEEK Campus or your office.
What if I miss a day?
Day 5 (teach-back) is required for the certificate. Missing one earlier day is allowed if you complete the missed practice with a peer before Thursday.
